In this role, you will undertake the vital responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, collaborating with various departments on the installation and commissioning of test systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Support our project team in the installation and commissioning of test systems, including check-in kiosks, self bag drop systems, and secure gates
• Monitoring our internal development and quality assurance system to ensure smooth operation
• Serving as the technical contact for end users and provide support in troubleshooting operations
• Collaborating closely with other departments such as Development, System Engineers, and Project Management to swiftly resolve any issues that arise

Your Qualification

• Completion of training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent qualifications
• Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and networks
• Basic knowledge of script programming and databases
• Enjoyment in familiarizing yourself with new topics, along with an independent, creative, and reliable approach to work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English (B2)
