We have developed our own SMART tool so airlines and airports benefit from statistics for data analysis, reporting and monitoring. It ensures an overview of different data, for example the quantity of baggage drop offs as well as process times.

Within our two operation centers we provide full application hosting, management and administration. All hosted services are allocated in our Materna private cloud.

Floorwalker app ARGUS for monitoring
With our new app for airports and airlines we offer a service for notifications, control and communication. Agents always have an overview of all kiosks and stations. Using Android or iOS smartphones or tablets, the app gives an overview of all the kiosks in operation as well as a single view of each kiosk, with more details on printers, scanners and other tools. Agents receive immediate notification if there are calls for help or when simple administration of kiosks is required.
