As a Service Manager Aviation, you will ensure the smooth operation for your customers and act as the interface between our IT experts, project management, and our international clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to customers and conduct regular on-site visits
- Serve as the “single point of contact” for service processes and actively manage escalations
- Optimize service operations and manage the service team
Your Qualification
- Completed studies or comparable training
- Extensive service management experience in the aviation environment, including setup and operation of check-in and SBD backend systems, and setup of kiosk machines
- Basic AWS knowledge (e.g., Compute, CloudWatch, Cost Management, Calculator, Elastic Container Service)
- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines (Incident management, problem management, change management)
- You are familiar with topics in the security environment and risk analysis (e.g., PCI-DSS, BIA, SIA)
- Experience handling ticket systems
- Strong understanding of IT and good communication skills
- A high degree of service and customer orientation, commitment, initiative and the ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel
