As a Service Manager Aviation, you will ensure the smooth operation for your customers and act as the interface between our IT experts, project management, and our international clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support to customers and conduct regular on-site visits
  • Serve as the “single point of contact” for service processes and actively manage escalations
  • Optimize service operations and manage the service team

Your Qualification

  • Completed studies or comparable training
  • Extensive service management experience in the aviation environment, including setup and operation of check-in and SBD backend systems, and setup of kiosk machines
  • Basic AWS knowledge (e.g., Compute, CloudWatch, Cost Management, Calculator, Elastic Container Service)
  • Knowledge of ITIL disciplines (Incident management, problem management, change management)
  • You are familiar with topics in the security environment and risk analysis (e.g., PCI-DSS, BIA, SIA)
  • Experience handling ticket systems
  • Strong understanding of IT and good communication skills
  • A high degree of service and customer orientation, commitment, initiative and the ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel
