Your tasks as a Service Manager Aviation

  • Planning and managing our aviation service projects as well as ensuring customer satisfaction within the defined service level agreement.
  • Carrying the responsibility for the business governance and ensuring regular exchange with the customer.
  • Operating as “single point of contact” in the service process and handling the escalation management.
  • Working continuously on the optimization the services and leading the service team.
  • Supporting your customers remotely and on site.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • First professional experience in service management, IT projects or sub-project management
  • Strong IT understanding and good communication skills
  • A high degree of service and customer orientation, commitment, initiative, and the ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in English, further language skills are an advantage
  • High willingness to travel
