In your position as Service Manager Aviation, you will play a central role in supporting our Japanese customers. You will maintain a continuous dialogue with customers and manage our service projects both remotely and on-site.
Your Responsibilities
- Planning and managing our aviation service projects, ensuring customer satisfaction within defined service level agreements
- Taking ownership of business governance and maintaining regular dialogue with customers
- Serving as the “single point of contact” in the service process and managing escalation procedures
- Continuously optimizing services and overseeing the service team
- Providing remote and on-site support to customers
Your Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- First professional experience in service management, IT projects, or sub-project management
- Proficient IT comprehension and good communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to service and customer-centricity, along with initiative and teamwork ability
- Fluent in Japanese and English, further language skills, especially German, are an advantage
- High willingness to travel
