Service Manager Aviation Japan (m/f/d)

In your position as Service Manager Aviation, you will play a central role in supporting our Japanese customers. You will maintain a continuous dialogue with customers and manage our service projects both remotely and on-site.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing our aviation service projects, ensuring customer satisfaction within defined service level agreements
  • Taking ownership of business governance and maintaining regular dialogue with customers
  • Serving as the “single point of contact” in the service process and managing escalation procedures
  • Continuously optimizing services and overseeing the service team
  • Providing remote and on-site support to customers

Your Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • First professional experience in service management, IT projects, or sub-project management
  • Proficient IT comprehension and good communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to service and customer-centricity, along with initiative and teamwork ability
  • Fluent in Japanese and English, further language skills, especially German, are an advantage
  • High willingness to travel
