Your tasks as a Project Manager Special Machinery

• Managing and leading projects in the aviation industry with overall project responsibilities
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring projects regarding quality, cost, and deadline
• Managing and coordinating interdisciplinary and international teams
• Performing Risk & Opportunity Management, project controlling and cost control
• Monitoring contract management including claim management
• Assisting the sales team in project acquisition
• Participating in hardware and software architecture with complex system design
• Managing on-site installations and taking over site management if required
• Reporting to management and preparing project reports for our customers

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Extensive experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Extensive project management experience in the (special) machinery or IT industry, alternatively from the industrial automation field
• Methodological knowledge in the management and execution of complex projects and knowledge of common project management tools (MS Project etc.), IPMA/GPM, PMI-PMP or comparable project management certification is desirable
• Target-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for an ambitious technical product in a dynamic project environment
• Fluent in English and German
• High willingness to travel, also internationally
