The external environmental audit according to ISO 14001 was successfully carried out at the Dortmund site in mid-November.
The international standard ISO 14001 sets out requirements for an environmental management system that enables an organization to improve its environmental performance, meet legal and other obligations and achieve environmental goals. As part of our journey to Zero, the ISO standard is an important instrument to provide the basic framework for a long-term environmental strategy. Materna IPS wants to contribute to a sustainable future and drastically reduce CO2 emissions over the next few years. The continuous improvement of all processes, as also required by the environmental certificate, is an integral part of the corporate philosophy.
