International Sales & Key Account Manager Aviation IT (m/f/d)

As International Sales & Key Account Manager Aviation IT, you will play a central role in looking after our global customers and supporting our team in achieving our sales targets. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships throughout their journey
  • Manage a sales territory and establish relationships with key account customers
  • Identify decision-makers at airlines and airports and present our portfolio to potential clients
  • Acquire new national and international customers
  • Independently and effectively develop customer requirements and present our solutions
  • Navigate complex negotiations with confidence to successfully close deals
  • Advise top management on market trends, new business opportunities, and potential implementation options

Your Qualification

  • A completed university degree
  • Several years of professional B2B sales experience, with expertise in complex IT systems or the aviation industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in complex customer environments, establishing trust
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong drive to learn, adept problem-solving skills, and general adaptability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Proficiency in French or other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally)
