As Bid Manager Aviation at Materna IPS, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success. You will become one of the key contacts for internal and external stakeholders, taking on an important role in the preparation and submission of our bids to airports and airlines.

Your Responsibilities

• Review proposal requirements, assess chances of success and cost-effectiveness, and oversee the entire proposal process
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and communicate with public sector contracting agencies
• Lead review meetings until the bid is finalized and request necessary deliverables
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of our proposals and maintain proper documentation of the bid preparation process
• Create professional bid templates, internal reports, and present them at relevant internal committees
• Coordinate the maintenance of project and company references while continually improving our bid processes

Your Qualification

• Hold a degree in economics or an equivalent field of study
• Several years of experience in preparing proposals for international airports and airlines
• Decisiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, goal-oriented approach, and good problem-solving skills as well as good communication skills
• Technical IT and numerical skills, organizational talent, structure, and personality
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and similar tools
