Your tasks as a Bid Manager

• Operational and administrational preparation of our quotations in cooperation with the sales and technical department in the role of a project manager
• Processing the tenders of our airport and airline customers in line with our internal compliance regulations
• Preparation of calculations for standard products and individual solutions
• Optimizing the bidding processes and ensuring the timely submission of our quotations
• Conducting contract negotiations with our customers in cooperation with the legal, sales and technical department.
• Working closely with other Materna stakeholders (e.g. Supply-Chain Management, Controlling) to develop the optimal solution for our customers

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration
• Extensive experience as a bid manager for technical products and/or projects (hardware, software, POI, POS, automation)
• Project experience in an international environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Very good written and spoken English, further language skills are an advantage
